Write Articles & Blogs
My most effective method of acquiring patients, literally from all over the world, has been the articles I write and publish on our website: https://intricateartseminars.com/blog/. I get calls and emails from people all over the US, and all over the world on a weekly basis. And I am not even trying to acquire patients, I am simply trying to educate people on the things I do and the problems I can fix.
Tinnitus, jaw problems, pelvic health, and neuropathy are probably the most common thing people get ahold of me for after reading one of the articles I have written on the topic. If I were starting a cash-pay clinic today, I would certainly focus on all of those, along with scar treatment, concussions, Insomnia, anxiety, and autonomic nervous system homeostasis in general. Nutrition education is also at the top of the list, so make sure to check out our free nutrition course: Since everything is a million dollars nowadays and since it is impossible to be healthy without this information, I made the first course of our 5-course nutrition series free!
– 5 courses.
– 5 CEU’s each.

If you are smart, thoughtful, and a good writer, your articles and blogs provide potential patients with free education and it allows them to develop some sort of trusting-relationship with you before they ever meet you. This is a massive advantage.
If people already think you can help them before they ever speak to you, I have never had someone get ahold of me who wasn’t willing to basically pay anything they could handle to get their problem fixed. I have been hurt badly a handful of times in my life. If you have been there before, sick, hurt, whatever, especially if it is chronic, and you find someone who you think can help you more than other people, I think most people are basically willing to do anything to just feel normal again.
Now, I do not charge people when they come to see me, I do it for free. However, for sure over 50% of the patients that travel to see me end up crying because I won’t let them pay me, and they want to!
Write about Things the Most People are Currently Searching for
A good trick to find the health things the most people are searching for in your area is Google Trends: https://trends.google.com/trends/. For example, if you wanted to see the most common health related term people are searching for in the Northeast, you can get that information. There are also paid apps that do a better job. I have not used those, but our marketing team uses them.
For example, I just did a search for the most popular health searches so far in 2025. Googly told me “Gut Health” is a popular search term. So, I made a video about heavy hydrogen water and how it can improve gut health: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J3npuMfEfG8&t=364s

Write a 500-word article on how dry needling improves autonomic nervous system homeostasis. Remember to write in my writing style from this page on my website: https://intricateartseminars.com/blog/
ChatGPT wrote this in 2 seconds:
Dry needling has long been recognized as a powerful technique for addressing musculoskeletal dysfunction and pain, but its impact extends far beyond the local tissues. Recent research and clinical observations suggest that dry needling plays a pivotal role in regulating autonomic nervous system (ANS) homeostasis. By influencing the intricate balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems, dry needling offers a holistic approach to restoring the body’s equilibrium and promoting overall health.
The Autonomic Nervous System and Its Role in Homeostasis
The autonomic nervous system is a key player in maintaining homeostasis, orchestrating processes that are essential for survival. It regulates heart rate, blood pressure, digestion, respiratory rate, and more. The ANS operates in two primary branches: the sympathetic nervous system (SNS), often associated with the “fight or flight” response, and the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS), which governs “rest and digest” functions. Optimal health relies on the dynamic interplay between these systems, but modern stressors, sedentary lifestyles, and chronic pain can disrupt this balance, leading to a host of physiological and psychological issues.
How Dry Needling Influences the Autonomic Nervous System
Dry needling’s ability to restore ANS homeostasis lies in its multifaceted effects on the body. By inserting thin, monofilament needles into myofascial trigger points or areas of dysfunction, practitioners elicit local and systemic responses that influence both the SNS and PNS.
Modulation of Sympathetic Activity
Trigger points are often associated with increased sympathetic drive, characterized by heightened muscle tension, reduced blood flow, and localized ischemia. Dry needling disrupts this cycle by releasing tension in the affected muscles and improving circulation. The mechanical stimulation of needles activates mechanoreceptors and nociceptors, leading to reflexive inhibition of sympathetic overactivity. This effect is particularly valuable for patients dealing with chronic stress or pain syndromes, where sympathetic dominance perpetuates discomfort and dysfunction.
Activation of Parasympathetic Pathways
One of dry needling’s most profound effects is its ability to stimulate parasympathetic activity. Post-needling, many patients report a sense of deep relaxation, improved sleep, and reduced anxiety—hallmarks of parasympathetic engagement. Research suggests that this shift is mediated through the vagus nerve, the primary parasympathetic conduit, which is indirectly influenced by needling’s impact on fascial and muscular structures. By calming the sympathetic response and promoting parasympathetic dominance, dry needling helps reset the ANS balance.
Systemic Benefits of ANS Regulation Through Dry Needling
By enhancing ANS homeostasis, dry needling offers benefits that extend well beyond pain relief. Patients often experience improvements in:
- Cardiovascular Health: Regulated blood pressure and heart rate variability indicate improved autonomic control.
- Digestive Function: Reduced stress on the ANS aids in alleviating symptoms like bloating, indigestion, and irritable bowel syndrome.
- Mental Health: Enhanced parasympathetic activity contributes to decreased anxiety, better mood regulation, and improved cognitive function.
- Sleep Quality: By calming hyperactive sympathetic responses, dry needling helps restore natural sleep patterns.
Conclusion
Dry needling is not merely a mechanical intervention for addressing trigger points. Its influence on the autonomic nervous system reveals its potential as a holistic therapy, capable of restoring balance in the body’s most critical regulatory system. By reestablishing ANS homeostasis, dry needling empowers patients to achieve better health outcomes, enhancing both their physical and emotional well-being. As our understanding of this powerful technique continues to evolve, its role in modern healthcare will undoubtedly expand, offering hope and healing to those in need.
