Overview

This is an introductory course to nutrition, supplementation, epigenetics, the epigenome, and peptide therapy, utilizing the most up-to-date, peer reviewed research, with the goal of safely and naturally improving mental and physical wellbeing. Almost none of this material is taught in medical school and is completely unknown by the vast majority of medical practitioners. Students will learn what these subjects entail, and how they intricately interact with each other. We will discuss why 80% of the US population is overweight, obese, or morbidly obese, why our lifespan is decreasing for the first time in decades, why healthspan is in the toilet, why the majority of Americans suffer from at least one chronic disease, including children, and how to safely and naturally remedy these problems with tools from each of our 4 subject-specific courses.
