Angela grew up in a small town in western Nebraska. In her early years, she was a competitive trap shooter and played various sports. She also enjoyed hunting and fishing. She joined the Marine Corps right after high school and spent 3 years in Okinawa, Japan, where she learned how to scuba dive.

While in the Marines, Angela received her Associates Degree in General Studies. Upon discharge, Angela went back to school and obtained her Bachelor’s degree from California State University, San Bernardino, 2011. In 2014, she graduated with her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Saint Augustine, San Marcos, CA.

Following graduation, Angela began working as traveling physical therapist and has continued down that path. She met Jason while on assignment in Oregon and he is the one that showed her the true value of dry needling in the clinical setting. She eventually received her board certification in Geriatrics (GCS) and is actively working toward a Book Keeping Certificate. She is a manual based therapist and dry needling is her modality of choice. She enjoys introducing dry needling to clinics that do not yet have it established and has successfully brought it into new areas.

Angela is one of the original co-founders of Intricate Art Spine & Body Solutions and owns her own LLC. Her goal is to continue teaching while also running her own practice. She currently serves as both a dry needling instructor and manipulation co-instructor for Intricate Art Spine & Body Solutions.

Angela occasionally lives in her 5th wheel camper while on travel assignments and enjoys the outdoors. She remains an avid traveler, abroad and in country.

Favorite Hobbies: Angela enjoys walking, hiking, reading, spending time with animals, and taking naps. She hopes to eventually return to trap shooting, as a coach and a competitor.
